How we use it
To create and service bookings, issue tickets, support guests, manage capacity, validate check-in, prevent abuse and maintain financial records. Marketing is sent only with consent.
Payments
PayMongo hosts the payment page and handles card or wallet details. BoholWS stores payment references and status, not raw card numbers or wallet credentials.
Sharing and retention
Data is shared only with service providers and staff needed to fulfil the booking, or where law requires it. Add the final retention schedule and Philippine privacy contact before launch.

Request access, correction, marketing opt-out or eligible deletion by contacting info@boholws.com with your booking reference.
