Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after payment is recorded as paid and a valid BoholWS QR e-ticket is issued. Keep the secure ticket link private.
Rates and inclusions
Pre-launch rates, schedules, meeting points and inclusions are samples until confirmed by the operator. The final checkout summary controls the purchased booking.
Wildlife and weather
Whale sharks are wild animals. Sightings, duration and sea access cannot be guaranteed. Activities may be delayed, modified or cancelled for safety, weather or animal welfare.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must follow the safety briefing, keep the instructed distance, avoid touching wildlife or reef, and disclose relevant accessibility or health needs before the visit.
Cancellation and refunds
The operator must insert the final cancellation windows, no-show rules and refund schedule before launch. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and follow provider processing times.
